Duckhorn Dinner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar – rescheduled to September 29
These exquisite wines will paired with a mouth-watering, five-course menu at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Park in Winter Park that includes: a strawberry salad paired with Duckhorn, Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley, 2016; salmon on a bed of roasted Brussels sprouts, topped with a Tomato tapenade, and paired with Goldeneye, Pinot Noir Anderson Valley, 2014; Kona crusted petite filet with Duckhorn, Merlot Napa Valley, 2013; roasted duck on a bed of creamy risotto, covered in honey ginger sauce, paired with Canvasback, Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain, 2013; and for dessert, bread pudding topped with Fleming’s strawberry sauce.

Wine Riffs with Domaine Serene – rescheduled to November 3
Sit and sip with friends as you hear tales of wine making from Domaine Serene, taste the culinary pairings from the hotel’s award-winning chefs and enjoy a custom soundtrack set to the mood of the evening. From the first tempting hors d’oeuvre to the last bite of dessert, it’s going to be a night like no other.

Homestead Harvest at Whisper Creek Farm – October 26 – updated information
Join Grande Lakes Orlando for an unforgettable evening as Chef Peter Zampaglione, Chef Scott Pizzo and the Highball & Harvest team host Homestead Harvest Thursday, October 26, 2017. This will be the first dinner at Grande Lakes Orlando’s on-site farm, Whisper Creek Farm.
The one-night-only food and beverage event will benefit Fleet Farming. The Highball & Harvest team will be joined by Bravo’s Top Chef star Kenny Gilbert from Gilbert’s Underground Kitchen and Gilbert’s Social. Local talent including Kathleen Blake of The Rusty Spoon, James Petrakis of The Ravenous Pig, Kevin Fonzo previously of K Restaurant, Austin Boyd of The Osprey Tavern, and many more, will also be cooking up bites at the event.
Guests can also expect live music by Brocato Entertainment. Beverage pairings will also be available with beer, cocktails and wine by Breakthrough Beverage, Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, Tito’s Vodka, Big Storm Brewing Co. and Icelandic Glacial.
