Ruth’s Chris Steak House’s Vice President of Culinary Development Abdiel Alema will prepare dinner at Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida as part of the “Year of the Steak” Chef’s Night Series. The menu is inspired by recipes from a dinner at the James Beard House celebrating the restaurant’s 50th anniversary dinner.
Chef’s Night brings Central Florida’s top chefs into Second Harvest’s Community Kitchen to celebrate delicious food and raise funds for the food bank’s Culinary Training Program, which provides students with the skills and inspiration they need to obtain an entry-level position in a food service establishment.
