PB&G Chef Gerald Sombright will welcome guest chefs Jenny Cleveland and Ed Heath, a 2015 James Bear Award nomiee, from Cleveland-Heath restaurant of Edwardsville, Illinois for a worldly dining experience featuring locally sourced cuisine and a Southern-foods inspiration. The team will present a cocktails and hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a six-course dinner.
