As part of the museum’s ongoing free lecture series, Hank Willis Thomas will give a talk at 6 p.m. on March 24 in the Bush Auditorium at Rollins College, thanks to the Thomas P. Johnson Distinguished Visiting Scholar and Artist program. Conceptual artist Hank Willis Thomas explores race, class and gender in works from the series Strange Fruit and Unbranded: A Century of White Women, 1915-2015, currently represented in the permanent collection gallery at the Cornell Fine Arts Museum.
