Alex Litz was in a life-altering accident on June 11, 2016. He has undergone serious brain trauma. He spent 8 months at the Shephard Center in Atlanta with his mom, Cyndi. Cyndi is a beloved drama and dance teacher at Thornebrooke Elementary School. Alex was a 2010 West Orange High School graduate. He also graduated from UF. He was admitted to medical school at UF after scoring in the top percentile on the MCAT. Alex was active in his church, having participated in many mission trips. To help with the financial burden of Alex’s uninsured expenses, a dance, dinner, and auction will be in his honor at SeaWorld Ports of Call. Tickets are $65 advance and $75 the evening of the event. They can be purchased at helphopelive.org.
