The one-day conference for women was built around growing and nurturing women leaders. Featuring 25+ speakers, 35+ exhibitors, keynote luncheon and networking reception.
The City of Casselberry will present the opening reception for the Seminole County Advanced Placement Art Students from various county schools on Friday, February 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Casselberry Art House. The AP students will display their exhibit “Underclassman AP Studio Art Exhibit.” This diverse group of young artists demonstrate their talent through various mediums and styles, including oil, watercolors and ceramics. The goal of this organization is to unite, support and distinguish the art students and teachers of Seminole County. The group facilitates several county-wide student art exhibits, organizes professional development opportunities and supports new teachers. The Seminole County AP Art students have teamed together to not only use this opportunity to quietly speak out about measuring student achievement and success in the arts but also to expose their unique talents to the community and art enthusiasts alike.
